Terms and Conditions
Booking Confirmation + Insurance:
*A booking of Spring Renewal Retreat with Hot Yoga Escape is confirmed when paid in full or payment plan with deposit is in place with Hot Yoga Escape.
*Is is highly recommended that guests obtain full travel insurance covering all medical expenses, retreat activities and a trip cancellation policy in the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled or incase of a personal emergency that will prevent your from attending. Hot Yoga Escape is unable to cover costs, give refunds or credits due to medical emergencies, cancellations of flights, or the inability to attend due to illness or personal emergency.
* Guests must be at least 18 years of age to attend a Hot Yoga Escape Retreat. Guests aged 16-19 may be allowed to attend provided they are accompanied by a guardian 18+ years old and are approved by Hot Yoga Escape prior to booking.
Payment Policy
*Payment must be received in full and made at least 30 days prior to the retreat commencement.
*If the retreat commencement date is less that 30 days away and the retreat still has vacancies- full payment is requires to secure the booking.
*If payment of the balance (in approved payment plan) is not received by the agreed due date HYE reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.
*The guest is responsible to pay for all extra services not included in the selected retreat package. This includes flights, transfers, travel insurance, etc.
Cancellation Policy
It is the responsibility of the guests to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.
*The $200 deposit per person is non-refundable. ($200 of full payment) Please ensure you have time off etc. before booking.
*Cancellation more than 60 days before retreat start date, 100% refund (less $200 deposit) if your place is able to be filled.
*Cancellation 31-59 days before retreat start date, 50% refund (less $200 deposit) if your place is able to be filled.
*Cancellation 30 days or before retreat start date )% refund (in this case you can sell or transfer your place to someone else)
*We do not offer credit for guest arriving late or leaving early. This includes unforeseen issues such as family related illness or COVID diagnosis.
Liability
Hot Yoga Escape shall not be liable to any unusual and unforeseeable circumstance beyond our normal control, which the consequences of could not have been avoided even when exercising all due care. Such circumstances or events include, but not limited to, pandemic outbreak, civil unrest, accidents or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers, unavoidable technical problems with the accommodation, transport or closure or congestion of airports, terrorist activity, natural disasters, industrial disasters, fire, theft, flooding and adverse weather conditions. In the event of any of the above, refunds and compensation payments cannot be made.
*Hot Yoga Escape accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illnesses which may be received during the guest's stay or traveling to and from Hot Yoga Escape Retreats.
*Hot Yoga Escape is not liable for any injuries or losses to guests, in the use of retreat facilities pr participation in activities.
*All guests more sign a waiver and take responsibility for their own medical and physical fitness and able to use retreat facility (including stairs) and participate in activities.
Data Use and Protection
*The guests agree that may be photographs and/or filmed during their stay/or activities in connection with the retreat, and also agrees that Hot Yoga Escape may use such recordings for promotion and/or advertising purposes. Please reach out prior to the retreat start date if you have concerns to we can respect your wishes.
*All medical and personal information collected prior to the retreat is confidential and only shared with 3rd parties such as GP, hospital, next of kin in the event of an emergency.
*Your name, email, phone number, etc will never be shared with or sold to 3rd parties for the purposes of marketing and advertising.
