HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training
Is a challenging, full-body, low-impact, high intensity, Tabata style workout applying Pilates principles. HIIT strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 90-95 degrees and 40% humidity for 60 minutes. ZERO experience needed!! HIIT offers quick results, and is MOTIVATING! Bring a mat, towel & water. Wear clothes that will allow you to sweat comfortably. This class is a beautiful complement to Hot Yoga and YOUR LIFE!
