HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training

Is a chal­leng­ing, full-body, low-impact, high inten­sity, Tabata style work­out applying Pilates principles. HIIT strength­ens mus­cles and burns fat — all with­out the pound­ing of a high impact work­out. It is designed for all fit­ness levels. It is per­formed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 90-95 degrees and 40% humid­ity for 60 minutes. ZERO experience needed!! HIIT offers quick results, and is MOTIVATING! Bring a mat, towel & water. Wear clothes that will allow you to sweat comfortably. This class is a beautiful complement to Hot Yoga and YOUR LIFE!
